However, if you wish to continue accessing the online portal and any new resources beyond the initial 12 months, renewing your membership for another 12 month term will be necessary. This ensures you receive ongoing support & updates to keep your salon ahead in the industry.

I offer additional one-on-one coaching for those looking for more personalised guidance on growing their salons. Your membership portal is for individual use as the salon owner. We encourage you to download, tweak & print off the documents to then implement with your team rather than giving them access to the portal.

As your membership approaches it's expiration, you'll receive an email notification from the team with instructions on how to renew. The process is straightforward, ensuring you continue accessing valuable resources without interruption. If you wish to cancel after the initial commitment, contact the team & they will assist in the cancellation process.
