Her story is for the woman who may have tried community marketing before, been disappointed by the experience, stepped away, or simply wondered whether she'd ever do it again.

Jo will share what made her willing to take another look, what she wanted to be different this time, and why the environment you're building in can matter just as much as the opportunity itself.

As a former salon owner + business mentor who has spent years coaching salon owners across the industry, Annie has seen firsthand just how much the landscape of running a salon has changed.
